Position Title: Oracle e-Business Suite
Implementation Specialist (Inventory Mgmt)
Role: Provide Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
guidance on cross-module dependencies and impact. Serve as a
liaison between business analysts, system owners and developers
to research, analyze, and validate business solutions to ensure
the most appropriate and effective solutions are implemented to
support the business objective. Lead and participate in
functional design reviews and implement enhancements for Oracle
E-Business Suite application aligning with business needs.
Perform functional analysis for the requirements gathered by
business analysts, perform impact analysis to provide detailed
functional design document of the desired application changes.
Investigate
system options, profile options, flex-fields, setups to provide
functional expertise on upgrading to new application releases,
new functionality. Review and analyze existing application
customizations and extensions. Develop strategies for leveraging
out-of-box functionality to develop and enhance Oracle EBS
applications. Perform functional design, configuration change,
setup, test and implementation. Actively perform root cause
analysis to refine processes. Provide production support for
ongoing maintenance and enhancement of custom programs that
interface with third party vendors and other internal systems.
Coordinate work efforts with developers for application changes
and system performance issues. Pursue innovative ways to improve
the process of delivering solutions to Oracle E-Business users.
Proactively work through service requests with Oracle support as
needed. Provide
applications documentation and periodic activity reports by
demonstrating reduction in backlog.
Skills: Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. Minimum of seven years of proven functional
expertise with Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, Inventory,
AR,AP). Minimum two full lifecycle implementation
experience required. Experience with Oracle Inventory required.
Well versed in structured design and development methodologies
to perform full life-cycle Oracle EBS implementation including
fit/gap analysis, design specifications
and implementation. The role requires understanding business
requirements and developing solutions by leveraging standard
functionality. Should possess strong functional and business
domain knowledge to ensure Oracle EBS
solutions are configured to meet business requirements.
Desirable Sector Experience: Prior experience with OBIEE
preferred. Basic understanding of Technical architecture
preferred.

Developer/Architect
Role: Analyze utility company's
Mobile Workforce Management functional requirements for
maximizing visibility,
control and performance of field resources, in real-time. Work
with requirements/workflow analyst to develop
system requirements for Oracle Mobile Workforce Management (MWM).
Work with requirements/workflow expert to
develop plan for system development and validation. Develop
prototype system. Conduct testing and validation
activities. Prepare technical documentation.
Skills: Experience with Mobile

Role: Analyze utility company's Mobile Workforce
Management workflow. Understand utility company's needs for
maximizing visibility, control and performance of field
resources, in real-time. Develop functional requirements that
achieve customer needs by matching these needs to the
capabilities of Oracle Mobile Workforce Management
(MWM). Collaborate with application developer and prepare system
requirements. Work with
